Opening The Healing Door (Grounding & Calm)
Sit or lie down comfortably.
Gently close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in through your nose…
And exhale softly through your mouth.​
With each breath, feel your body becoming heavier, calmer, more supported.

Now, imagine a door in front of you.
This door represents safety, rest, and healing.
Notice its color, its texture, the light around it.
When you feel ready, gently open the door.
Step inside. As you cross the threshold, feel your mind slow down.
Your breath deepens.
Your body softens.​
You are now inside your healing space.
Nothing is required of you here.
Simply breathe… and rest.

The Door You Can Return To (Overwhelm & Safety)
If you are feeling overwhelmed, begin by placing one hand on your chest.
Feel your breath moving beneath it.​
Imagine The Healing Door appearing instantly —no effort, no journey.

Open it.
Step inside.​
Here, your nervous system slows.
Thoughts soften.
You are held.
Repeat silently:
“I am safe in this moment.”

Heart Door Sleep Meditation
Settle into a comfortable sleeping position.
Let your body sink into the surface
beneath you.
​
There is nothing else you need to do tonight.
Take a slow breath in through your nose…
and release it gently through your mouth.

Again…
inhale…
and soften.
​
Allow your breathing to become natural and quiet. Bring your awareness to the center of your chest.
You don’t need to feel anything specific.
Just notice that you are breathing…
and being breathed.
​
Now, imagine The Healing Door appearing softly in front of you.
This door is warm, quiet, and safe.
It opens easily…
because it opens from the heart.
​
Without effort, allow the door to open.
As you pass through, you enter a peaceful space of deep comfort.
A space where the heart can rest.
With each breath, the chest softens.
The shoulders release.
The jaw loosens.
If thoughts drift through, let them fade.
If images appear, allow them to dissolve into the dark.

Nothing needs your attention now.
​
Feel a gentle warmth in the heart area…
like a soft glow…
steady and calm.
​
This warmth spreads slowly through your body —down the arms…
through the belly…
into the legs and feet.
Your whole body feels heavy…
supported…
safe.

There is no need to stay awake.
The door will remain open as you sleep.
Simply rest…
and allow sleep to arrive naturally.

Behind Door: Awakening Path
Begin by focusing on your breath.
Inhale awareness… exhale tension.​
Visualize The Healing Door once again.
This time, as you open it, notice a path unfolding beyond it.​
This path represents parts of you that have been asleep — wisdom, intuition,
creativity, presence.
​
As you walk this path, you may notice symbols, light, or sensations.
There is no need to analyze.
Simply observe.​
With every step, awareness expands.
You are not searching for answers —
you are remembering.​
Pause wherever feels right.
Allow insight, feeling, or stillness to arise naturally.​
When ready, gently return, carrying this awareness back into your day.

Heart Door Meditation Script
Find a comfortable position,
sitting or lying down.
Allow your body to be supported.
Gently close your eyes.

Take a slow breath in through your nose…

Again…
inhale…
and release.
​
Let your breath settle into a natural rhythm.
Now, bring your awareness to the center of your chest.
Not to analyze — just to notice.
You may feel warmth…
gentle movement…
or simply presence.

Whatever you notice is enough.
In your mind’s eye, imagine The Healing Door appearing in front of you.
This door is calm, quiet, and welcoming.
As you look at it, notice that it is connected to your heart.
The door opens from the heart, not the mind.
When you feel ready, gently open the door.

As you step through, you enter a soft, open space —a space of ease and kindness.
​
This is your heart space.
Take a breath here.
​
With each inhale, feel the heart gently expand.
With each exhale, feel it soften and release.
​
There is nothing to fix.
Nothing to understand.
​
Just resting…
inside the heart.
​
If thoughts arise, let them pass like clouds.
If emotions appear, allow them space.
​
The heart knows how to hold everything
with care. Stay here for a few moments, breathing quietly.
​
When you are ready, gently bring awareness back to your body.
Feel the support beneath you.
Notice the breath once more.

Know that this heart door is always available to you —a place you can return to anytime you need warmth, calm, or reassurance.
